About me
Carsten Lutz is a professor of computer science at the University of
Bremen. He received his PhD degree from RWTH Aachen in 2002, his
habilitation from TU Dresden in 2006 (both in computer science), and
was appointed professor in 2008. The research interests of Carsten
Lutz include the theoretical foundations of ontologies and other
semantic technologies, logic in computer science, databases, and in
particular the cross-fertilization between these areas. He has
published more than 30 journal articles and more than 60 conference
papers.
